Q. What is your standard hire period?

We allow 4 days - the fee is the same for 1 day or 4 days.
 

Q. Do You have a show room?

Apologies we do not have a showroom as we are boutique operation.
 

Q. What if I need the hired items for longer?

That is no problem; we simply charge and extra 25% per day to extend your hire.
 

Q. When do I need to return my hired items?

Please return items at the agreed date and time within the 4 day period.
 

Q. Where do I collect my items from?

You can collect from 26 Sorrento Street, Onerahi.
 

Q. How soon should I book my items?

Early booking and payment of your deposit will guarantee that you get the items you need. We advise that you book as soon as you can.
 

Q. Do you Deliver?

We may be able to deliver in Whangarei for orders over $500.00 - Price on request

Q. Do you just service Whangarei

If you can collect and return then you may use the items at events outside on Whangarei
 

Q. Can I make changes to my booking?

Yes, items can be added and removed up to 14 days before your booking collection date. You may incur an extra administration fee if you make changes in the last week prior to collection as we may have already packed them ready for you.
 

Q, Do I need to clean the items before I return them?

Vase, candles and decor items simply need to be returned empty and in a tidy fashion with any flowers or contents removed. We do ask that you please return items in the packaging we have supplied.
 

Q. What if I break or lose an item?

It happens and it is no stress, that is why we charge a bond, to cover the cost of replacements if necessary
 

Q. Do your candle holders come with the candles?

All of our tealight candle holders come with candle. Larger candle holders do not come with candles.
 

Q. Is a deposit required?

Our standard deposit is 25%. This will be shown on your quote. Once we receive this deposit your booking is confirmed.
 

Q. How can I pay?

We ask that you make a direct payment into our bank account. Our details are on your invoice. If you need to pay via credit cards we offer the service with a 3% transaction fee for NZ credit cards.
 

Q. When does the final payment need to be made?

The final payment of any outstanding balance is required 1 week prior to your collection date; we will be in touch to remind you.
